As a mentor I am able to experience the pleasure of helping hundreds of Virtual Service Representatives, I take their best qualities and teach them how to be more competent and confident in the service they provide daily. I’ve also partnered with various companies to create jobs and opportunities for representatives that are looking for immediate work; bypassing a three to four week client certification course.

Over eight years ago I was in school full time and working two jobs to support my daughters. Even though I was making ends meet, I realized I needed to dedicate more time to my family. As a single mother, I am able to balance work and family time. Now, as I get ready to shuttle my children off to school and extracurricular activities, I am reaffirmed in my decision to become an entrepreneur and start my home-based business. Hopefully my experience can help others that need to earn an income, but are committed to balancing work with time for their family. If you take nothing else away from my story, know that family can come first; and that working from home is a viable alternative.
