Terms & Definitions:
ACP : Arise Certified Professional. This status is obtained once a potential agent has fulfilled all of the steps to become certified and service clients with Arise Virtual Solutions.
ANBN: A New Beginning Now, LLC
A New Beginning Now: An Employment Network with the Ticket To Work program through Social Security that hires employees to work from home.
Agent: An individual who desires to contract their time and energy to provide service to Arise.
Arise Virtual Solutions: The Leading Virtual Corporation that partners with other Virtual Corporations to provide various services to fortune 1000 companies.
Administrative Agreement: The agreement between ODMS and the client that displays our expectation from the client, and the client expectation from ODMS.
Client Certification Course: Courses that the client must enroll in and successful pass to be able to service a particular client. Attendance to every class is mandatory and the client must successful pass the course accordingly to the course requirement.
CSP: A person who chooses not to incorporate but instead to utlize the administrative support of Open Door Multiservices or another Independent Business. Administrative Services may include but is not limited to invoice processing, advocating on behalf of that individual and allowing the individual to utilize our EIN or BN# within our guidelines and permission
ODMS Eagles: Clients who elect to utilize the administrative services of Open Door MultiServices, which allows the individual the opportunity to provide their services to third party companies without incorporating.
Employee: An individual who was hired by an employer to do a specific job. The employee is hired by the employer after an application and interview process which results in his or her selection as an employee.
Employment Network: A Company that has joined together with Social Security to help disabled individuals return to work.
Independent Business Owner: Virtual Corporation who has met and/or exceeded the requirements set out in there statements of work, and have been extended the privilege of expanding their corporation with additional benefits.
ODMS: Open Door MultiServices, LLC and Open Door MultiServices of Canada
ODMS Available Internal Opportunities: Opportunities available directly through ODMS, you do not have to sign up with any third party companies to apply.
Open Door MultiServices, LLC: A limited liability company that provides administrative support to Work-At-Home individuals and companies.
Open Door MultiServices of Canada: A company that is federally incorporated in Canada to provide work at home opportunities to Independent Contractors.
VSC: Term to use to identify Virtual Service Corporations servicing with Arise
Work at Home: To work at home using a computer &/or phone line connected through a network.
Service Fee: The fee charged by ODMS to the Agent for the services that we provide to you as discussed in the business to business agreement.
SOW: Statement of Work between the client and the company(ies) they are providing the service for.
Ticket to Work Program: The Ticket to Work Program provides most people receiving Social Security benefits (beneficiaries) more choices for receiving employment services.
